Please read carefully before placing your order. By requesting delivery of a container from Max Mobile Storage, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Preliminary Estimates
All delivery charges quoted at the time of booking are based on the information you provide (address, site photos, terrain type, etc.). These are estimates only. Final delivery and setup fees may be higher once our driver/crew arrives on‑site and assesses actual conditions.
Site Conditions & Access
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location meets our standard requirements:
Level, hard-packed surface (no soft soil, mud, deep gravel or uneven grades)
Adequate clearance for our delivery vehicle and crane or forklift (no low-hanging wires, tree limbs, awnings, etc.)
Sufficient turnaround space (we need room to maneuver in and out)
Local permit or HOA approval, if required
If any of these conditions are not met, additional fees may apply for:
Use of specialized equipment (e.g. longer booms, forklifts)
Extra labor or multiple crew members
Permit handling or expedited scheduling
Re‑delivery attempts
Additional Charges
The following examples are not included in your initial estimate and may be billed separately after delivery:
Terrain surcharges for soft, muddy, or heavily sloped sites
Long‑distance hauling beyond our standard service area
Waiting time (e.g. if site isn’t ready when we arrive)
Permit or third‑party fees (city, county, HOA)
Site prep (removal of debris, grading, or other clearing work)
Re‑delivery or repositioning if we cannot place the container on first attempt
Customer Responsibility
You certify that you have the legal right to place the container at the specified location.
You agree to defend and hold Max Mobile Storage harmless for any damage to driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, underground utilities, or structures arising from delivery.
You will notify us in writing of any special restrictions or hazards (e.g. buried irrigation lines, septic systems) before delivery.
Final Billing & Payment
A final invoice reflecting any additional charges will be sent within 48 hours of delivery.
Payment is due in full according to the terms on your invoice.
Failure to pay may result in late fees or collection actions.
