How a build works.

Most jobs start as a sketch on the phone. We turn it into a cut list, quote the whole build as one number, then weld it up and deliver it finished.

20ft, 40ft, high cubes, and custom sizes. If you already own the container, bring it to the Medford shop or we will haul it in, do the work, and bring it back.

A door or window cut-in is usually a few days. A full office or living conversion runs two to four weeks. You get a real timeline once we know the scope.

Yes. Every modification is welded and braced for transport, so a finished unit relocates the same way a stock container does.

It depends on the scope and materials, and you get one upfront number covering steel, labor, finish, and delivery. No hidden fees and no change orders we did not discuss.

Not when they are done properly. Every opening gets a welded frame, seal, primer, and paint so the container stays dry.

Yes. Every weld and cut carries a warranty, with the term depending on the type of modification.

Yes. Bring a sketch, a photo, or just the problem you are solving and we will turn it into a cut list and a quote.

We build and deliver. Permits, footings, and utility hookups are yours or your contractor's, and we are glad to talk them through it.
